Context. Autopay is a major player in the Polish fintech and mobility payments market. Following a domain takeover, the team needed to build SEO authority and organic visibility from scratch — quickly and at scale. I was brought in based on a working relationship built through a prior project (winiety-online.pl) throughout 2024.
My role. Working closely with 3 co-founders, I took full ownership of the content strategy: defining topic clusters, keyword architecture, and internal linking logic. As content manager I recruited and managed a team of 2 specialist copywriters, set editorial standards, and oversaw quality across every article produced.
What we built. Close to 1,000 expert, in-depth articles covering mobility, payments, and fintech topics — each mapped to a specific search intent and connected through a deliberate internal linking structure. Most site copy was also crafted or shaped by the team.
Results. Within 12 months the site reached 4.89 million impressions and 38,200 clicks in Google Search Console, with a clear exponential growth trajectory beginning in Q4 2025 and accelerating into 2026. Average position 9.9 across the full keyword footprint — with significant upside still ahead as authority compounds.
Grew organic visibility for a Polish e-commerce platform in the competitive toll vignette market, reaching top competitive position by traffic value and establishing the working relationship that led to the Autopay project.

Context. winiety-online.pl operates in the Polish toll vignette market — a highly seasonal, competitive niche with well-established players. The goal was to grow organic market share and establish the site as the dominant content authority in the space.
Approach. Developed and executed a content and keyword strategy targeting the full range of vignette-related searches across European markets. Built topical depth to establish authority and supported with a structured internal linking framework.
Results. The site reached 140K monthly organic visits at peak, with organic traffic value exceeding $10K/month — placing it clearly ahead of all major organic competitors in the Polish market by both traffic volume and value. This project directly led to the Autopay engagement in 2024.
